Executed a 360° drive-to-store email campaign for Singapore’s first Tax Free Shopping promotion

To uplift Singapore’s retail landscape, brainstormed with Global Blue’s management to leverage our Tourist-Only business model for a localised Drive-to-Store initiative.

Developed and implemented the drive-to-store email campaign for Global Blue’s 29,000 member-strong network, currently residing in Singapore, to 21 participating luxury brands.

Developed a training manual for the Account Managers to brief the Retailers on how to operate and leverage the new POS for higher sales. Crafted an Onboarding email to welcome aboard the participating malls and IRAS.

Utilised my deep understanding of the target audience to execute this mail campaign; garnering results that surpassed industry benchmarks to deliver $2.3 million worth of sales within 2 months.
